Pre-Shoot Consult

I'll connect with you before the session to nail down goals, wardrobe, and logistics. What are the photos for? What platforms? Any specific looks you want? Ten minutes on the phone or a short email thread — no surprises on shoot day.

Shoot Day

A focused, comfortable session in a fully equipped studio — or on location at your office. Professional lighting, posing direction, and a pace that doesn't rush you. Most clients feel at ease by the second or third frame. You'll see good shots in real time on the camera screen.

Gallery Delivery

Retouched images delivered to your private online gallery within 5 business days — high-res, no watermarks, full commercial rights. Events get next-day social media selects so your team has something to post while the story is still fresh. Download and use anywhere, immediately.

"How long until I get my photos?"

Headshots and brand sessions: retouched gallery delivered within 5 business days. Events: next-day social media selects sent the morning after, full gallery within 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline — a conference, a launch, a press deadline — tell me when you book and I'll accommodate it.

"Can you come to us, or do we have to come to the studio?"

Both. Headshots are typically in-studio at 4435 35th Ave SW in West Seattle — I have full lighting control there and the results are consistently better. Team shoots can go either way: on-site at your office or in-studio, depending on team size and what makes logistical sense. Events and conferences I come to you. Let me know your situation when you reach out and we'll figure out what works.

"What about video?"

Yes, I do video — brand promos, social reels, event recap, podcast recording. All video projects are custom-scoped because the variables (script, length, deliverable format, edit complexity) matter. Email me with what you're trying to make and I'll put together a proposal. It can be added to any photo session or booked standalone.

"What's the cancellation policy?"

More than 72 hours before your session: full refund. 24 to 72 hours before: studio credit for future use. Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable. Same policy as every other Starfall booking — consistent and fair across the board.
