You have questions.
Good. So did everyone else.

Most studios bury the details in small print. Before you book here, everything is spelled out clearly — pricing, gear, policies, what happens if you run over, all of it. No surprises.

Why this page exists

You've probably dealt with studios that were vague about gear, unclear on cancellations, or just hard to reach. I built this page to answer every question upfront — because the cleaner the information, the better the shoot. Scroll through or jump to the section you need.

Objection #1 — "I don't know if the space will work for my shoot"

🎬 What's actually in the space?

What kind of space is Starfall Studios?
Starfall Studios is a modular creative studio in West Seattle built for photographers, videographers, podcasters, and content creators. The space is 1,137 square feet with 14-foot ceilings, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom — plenty of room for full production setups including lighting rigs, backdrops, and multiple subjects. It's designed to be flexible and reconfigurable to fit a wide range of projects.
What's included in a studio rental?
Every rental includes the full studio space, professional lighting, onsite assistance, all available set pieces, and complimentary WiFi. Lighting includes 3× 300W Neewer RGB continuous lights, umbrella and lantern diffusers, a snoot/gobo set, RGB accent lights, 3× C-stands, a Neewer wall-mounted boom arm — mounted at 9 ft, arm extends up to 70.8 in (180cm), and a projector. Backdrops include a 20' modular textured system in black and white, plus seamless rolls in ultramarine, grey, white, black, sky blue, pink, and canary yellow. Bluetooth audio and a client review monitor are also on site. You're welcome to bring and use your own gear.
Can I bring clients or models?
Absolutely. The studio is set up to host client shoots, model sessions, and production crews. There's a designated wardrobe and changing area, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom on site.
Objection #2 — "I don't know where it is or how to get there"

📍 Finding us — the real answer

Where is the studio?
Starfall Studios is located at 4435 35th Ave SW, Suite 106, Seattle, WA 98126. We're street-level and easy to find from the main entrance.
Is there parking?
Parking in the area is limited. Street parking is available on 35th Ave SW and surrounding streets, but it fills up fast. We'd recommend taking the bus — the C Line stops directly in front of the building at 35th Ave SW & SW Avalon Way. Use the One Bus Away app for real-time arrivals.

After your session — what you own

Objection #7 — "I need a photographer, not just a space"

What types of photography and video do you offer?
We offer professional headshots, team and business photography, event and conference coverage, brand and content creation, and concert and live performance photography. On the video side, we cover brand promos, social reels, podcast recording, and event video. All video projects are custom-scoped. Visit the Services page for full details, or reach out if you don't see what you need.
How long does it take to receive my photos, and how are they delivered?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from your session date. Final images are delivered via a private online gallery. Video files are delivered via Google Drive or a similar link. Rush delivery may be available — reach out to ask.
What about event photography — how fast do I get those?
Events get next-day social media selects so your team can post while the event is still fresh. The full edited gallery is delivered within 5 business days. All event packages include commercial licensing on every deliverable.
Do you shoot on location?
Yes. Team headshots can be done at your office or here at Starfall Studios — whichever is easier for your team. Event and conference photography is always on location at your venue. Brand content sessions can be shot on location, in-studio, or a mix of both depending on the project.
How do team headshot sessions work?
We set up at your office or host everyone here at the studio. Each person gets 10–15 minutes with consistent lighting and background, so there's minimal disruption to the workday. You coordinate the calendar, we handle the rest. Pricing starts at $150 per person with a 3-person minimum, and larger teams get better per-person rates. Get a team quote →

Still on the fence? Book two hours.

If you rent the studio and the space doesn't work for your shoot, I'll refund the time. No forms. No back-and-forth. Just tell me what didn't work.
